I have dedicated this piece to a dead friend, who has suddenly and too early been torn away from our lives: Jamie Janisch. We both have been bound by the love for music and by the dream to work with it. His love for music and how he followed it has moved me deeply. Jamie and others allowed many penniless young musicians to record in his recording studio, what without his help would not have taken place. His compassionate nature strongly bound to his music makes him an unforgettable person to me. He will always be among us.
